Bill Myers found a few niche groups that are doing well.

A Facebook group is like a virtual trade show!! Great way to see what's hopping and not. (Mental breakthrough!)
Here are a few examples:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/travatoowners/.
That group quickly took off and now has over 10,000 followers. Using that group, she has sold t-shirts, hats, get togethers and more. She created YouTube videos about the Travato (the subject of the group) and earned enough from them to buy a Travato. She did more videos and more posts about Travatos.
Her success got the attention of Winnebago, the maker of the Travato. They contacted her and offered to let her become their spokesperson for their line of small RVs. They even 'loaned' her a new model so she could do an extended review. She created more videos and got even more views and revenue from YouTube as well as Facebook.
She recently announced she was going to get a different RV. She immediately started a Facebook group for that RV and she along with Winnebago did a live reveal of the new RV she was getting. So far, over a quarter million views on YouTube.
The point is, she found something she was interested in, created a Facebook group on the topic, attracted new followers to the group, and used that to launch a successful niche business.
Her startup costs were zero.
You could do the same.https://www.facebook.com/groups/InstantPotCommunity/. 2.8 million followers so far.
I expect Facebook groups will soon pop up on the latest cooking appliance craze (air fryers).

https://www.facebook.com/groups/viewfrommywindow. 2.3 mill followers! And it costs nothing to create a Facebook group.
Bill Myers really is terrific. In a follow-up to his previous post, Bill provides a list of Facebook Groups organized by numbers--numbers of people in the group, that is.
Discussion forums have evolved into Facebook Groups as they are easier to set up, have no ongoing costs, and reach a far wider audience. While Facebook doesn't provide a list of Groups by number of members, there is a privately compiled spreadsheet that is a good guide to what topics are popular.
