A Google AdSense agent recommended that I have an account manager assigned to my AdSense account.  I agreed not knowing the full story.  So I checked with Bill Myers, who explained to me that

Your AdSense account manager is software, not a real person.  That is unless you have more than three million monthly page views on the sites where you use AdSense.  In that case, it is possible that you can contact a real person through your account manager software. 

The manager, or software, is a guy by the name of Bruce Albert Reyes, numbered 787-713-6339, created on January 23, 2020, for my Google Ads account.  I do have the option to remove access, which I did on Sunday, February 2, 2020.
